Does Idly haunt you day in & day out?

Is "Idly" what you hear when you ask 'What's for the next meal..?'

Wish to Erase "IDLY" from your cooking dictionary!!!!

We have got your back!!!!

Surprise yourself and your meal buddies with this Version x.0 of Idly

๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅSPOILER ALERT:๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ
You don't have to be a master chef to give this a try!!

Things to be gathered from your kitchen:๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“œ๐Ÿ“š

1.Idly - 3
2.Onion- 1(big size)
3.Capsicum-1
4.Garlic-4 cloves
5.Soya sauce-1 tsp
6.Chilli sauce-2 tsp
7.Tomato Ketchup-3 tsp
8.Oil
9.Salt - as per taste

Steps towards the yummy taste:๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ

Step1: Peal off a big sized onion and dice it along with a capsicum

Step2: Dice the Idlies

Step 3: Switch on your stove and place a pan on it. Pour some oil to shallow fry our Idli dices

Step 4: Shallow fry all the Idlies and keep them aside.

Step 5: Now to the same pan add some oil if required(I used the leftover oil after shallow frying the idlies)

Step 6: Add some finely chopped garlic and saute it for few seconds.

Step 7: Add in the diced onion and saute it for few seconds (do not over cook the onions)

Step 8: Add in the diced Capsicum and saute it again for few seconds

Step 9: Now it's time to add in the sauces. Add Soya sauce, Chilli sauce and Tomato Ketchup in 1:2:3 ratio.

Step 10: Mix the sauces and saute it with our diced veggies. Add in some water if you need it to be more saucy. Also add a pinch of salt (if required).

Step 11: Now it's our hero entry in the climax. Add in the fried Idlies and give it a quick mix.

Step 12: Transfer it to a bowl once the sauce gets coated in all the idly pieces. Do not leave it for long, else the Idlies will become soggy.

Step 13: Finally it's time to treat ourselves with a delicious Chilly Idli.

Do try this recipe and give yourself a tasty and easy meal.
